Can be machine washed up to 40 degrees and without spinning. Hand wash preferred, no forced drying.

Your package, according to USPS tracking, was delivered on March 31. As a seller, I sewed and sent your toys, and they were delivered. In the event of: unfair work of the postal service or other force majeure circumstances beyond my control, the Etsy platform compensates buyers for such losses. It's a pity that the child did not receive his gift.

Never received packages seller was no help was told to contact the post office which I did and nobody received it. Buyer beware I wasted 100$ on two plushies for my daughters birthday and now she’s left with nothing
