I ordered this as a Valentine’s Day gift for my boyfriend. The artist was originally communicative with me and provided a decent first draft based on the info I provided. I requested a few minor tweaks to the picture afterwards, but the artist ended up changing the entire format of the picture from a cute 2D picture to a weird 3D one randomly. When I asked her to change it back to the original style, it took her weeks to respond. Ultimately, she said that, due to a “strange system glitch,” she wouldn’t be able to finish my picture. She did provide a small refund, but it didn’t make up for the poor communication and waste of time I spent trying to get this present for my boyfriend. Definitely not worth it.

The seller was very responsive and made all the adjustments I asked for as well as they could. The final product was still not quite what I wanted but had to draw a line because it had taken quite some time. I am certain they would have continued until I was 100% happy but the time had passed for me. The content was fantastic and a lot of hard work did go into this however the time it has taken detracts from the overall score. Customer responsiveness was excellent and willingness to help was quality!
