After 7 days I got no response, had to go with another seller smh. Very disheartening because this shop did my first logo

It’s been 4 days they don’t respond to my messages and I never received a sketch. All I received was one message after I paid asking for my business name and a picture after I sent that they stop responding and I never received any logo or responses from them It’s very frustrating and unprofessional at this point I’m feeling scammed smh .
