I have purchased Mont Blanc pens over the last 50 years and have come to expect great quality. The Boheme ballpoint arrived yesterday. It looks beautiful. My beef is that the seller did not check to see if the twist mechanism worked. And no refill was included. The seller did not insert a refill and check if the twist mechanism worked correctly. I put a MB refill in the pen and had to apply a great deal of torque to extend the refill. The same to reverse it and the refill did not seat properly. I believe I discovered the problem. It appears that a refill leaked and coated the interior with black ink. I am afraid to put too much torque on the knob for fear of breaking ir. What I need is advice from one of your pen vendors on how to remove the dried ink without harming the finish.

The pen does not match its description. It is considered malfunctioning. The tip does not come out. I took it to Montblanc for repair. 😩😩. Delivery time between 8 and 12 weeks!
