bonjour, votre commande a été passée le vendredi 20, je l'ai déposé à la poste le lundi 23 et celle ci à été livré par la poste le 27. je ne suis malheureusement pas responsable des délais de la poste. de plus je n'avais aucune information concernant une date impérative de livraison. Vous m'avez contacté le 27 pour une livraison impérative le 27. d'après le suivi de la poste (87000992266073X) votre commande a bien été livrée le 27, je vous ai contacté mais je n'ai eu aucune réponse de votre part. je suppose donc que vous avez bien reçu votre commande en temps et en heure et que cet avis ne reflète pas mon travail cordialement

The format is great, it's really very cute and the person to whom it was given liked it, the only downside was that the scratch sticker didn't work with the nail or part we had to scratch it with a tip sharp and quite strong, otherwise careful packaging, shipping was very fast.
