I placed my order on Feb 8th. I got the first draft back on Feb 26th, way past the promised date and the image was not even sent to me as a download. I asked for a few updates and have been given several run arounds, even after asking Etsy for help with the order. I am not sure if this seller simply has too many orders to fulfill at any given time, but promised due dates need to be honored and communication needs to be more honest to set a proper expectation. I still have not received the final image. This was a waste of money and time for me.
